Prepare Now has no account. What we hold is linked to random IDs made for your install.

On your phone

Your answers, progress, bookmarks and plan are kept only on your phone. Uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android’s settings, to remove them. We keep no copy.

On our servers

• Usage events, kept for up to two years, under a random install ID.
• Feedback you sent, with a random install ID and your email address if you added one.
• A purchase record at RevenueCat, under a random purchase ID, if the app checked for or bought Pro.

Ask us to delete it

1. In the app, open Profile › Delete my data. It shows the IDs of this install.
2. Tap Ask us to delete it. A draft opens in your email app with the IDs filled in; send it.
3. We delete the usage events, feedback and purchase record held under those IDs and reply when it is done.

Already uninstalled? Write to totalcybertech@gmail.com. We can find feedback by the email address you gave, and a purchase by its Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.). Usage events cannot be found without the install ID; they are deleted after two years.

Pro

Deleting the purchase record does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in the Play Store app, under Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions.
